I have recently bought an alarm that uses a SIM card, i had an old SIM card that worked, but i lost it and have since having problems withe the alarm saying 'NO SIM' - i am finding it very hard to find out further information.

The alarm company say that its an issuse with the SIM, and vodafone are saying its not - just wandering if any one else has any information?

Thanks

Hi @kevinexeter, apologies for the delay in reaching your post.

I'd suggest speaking with the manufacturers of the alarm for further advice. Let us know how you get on.

thanks for your relpy. . in the end i just put in a GiffGaff SIM and it worked straight away. . so somewhere down the line IT IS a problem with the SIM and not the alarm after all

Good to hear you found a solution.
