How do I fix the sound coming out of my Vodafone smart ultra 6?

Hey guys

I recently bought the new Vodafone smart ultra 6 as a handset. Its a great phone and I love the bang for your buck factor about it.

My only issue is with the sound, and I'm not sure how to make it louder. It seems that I have to turn the volume up to the near-limit to hear much out of the speaker and I don't if others have experienced this

Can you give me advice on how to improve the sound and more specifically make it louder and better quality without having to adjust the volume to being so high.

Try another sound ringtone incase yours is exceptionally quite. 

Also check no dust or lint is in the speakers. 

Check no screen shields which either come on the phone out of the box or ones applied are hindering the speaker.

And that any case isn't causing issues either.  

I would also check out the demo ones in the shop and if all you have done does not remedy the issue then you have 30 days to swap it out.

Are you just referring to ringtones or all sound, including music?   It may be a limtation of the device and dropping by a Vodafone store to compare another example is probably the best solution.
