Screenshot problem Smart Ultra 6

Hi,
I'm having a problem with taking screenshots and them saving to my Gallery.
I take a screenshot and it saves it to a folder '0' in my gallery, but if I take another one, only the new one is there and the last one is deleted. The old ones aren't in the gallery at all.
Maybe it's me being stupid, but I don't get it.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Problem solved now.
A screenshot folder has appeared in Gallery where there wasn't one before.
Must be since the software update.

Thanks

When you take a screenshot and it drops into the folder 0 is their then an option to move it into another folder so when you then take another it does not delete ?

Just to answer that one quickly: you should be able to use the onboard file manager to move files.   If screenshots were being saved with the same name, you'd need to rename as well to keep more than one.   Now that you have a proper folder, are they being given discrete names?

Thanks for the reply.

I can't work out how to move files using the file manager.
Now I have a dedicated folder for screenshots, they're all stored in there and can be selected individually. They have no names.

It's a while since I used the file manager on a Vodafone device but, if it works like others, long press the file/s you want to copy/move/delete and you should get the relevant options.

The files must have a name of some kind and that'll be visible in File Manager (we're not talking about about the Gallery app, though that may have a delete option).

Yes, you are quite right. Long press to pick photo and then choose destination folder.

And yes, they do all have file names.

Thanks again.
