Smart Ultra 6 - Managed Roaming Message

Hi everyone, I hope you might be able to help me.

 

I bought the Smart Ultra 6 a couple of months ago and unlocked it.

I was having no problems until I found out that I couldn't connect to mobile internet when I didn't have wi-fi.

I had to manually configure the phone so I could send MMS and use mobile data by setting up a new APN (TalkTalk).

Ever since then, I keep on getting the following message coming up on screen every so often .............

 

'Managed Roaming - Network With Limited Service Found. Do You Wish To Initiate A Network Search?'

 

I have the option to either start a network search or cancel.

Is there anyway of stopping this message coming up on the phone all the time?

@chimp15uk We're not aware of this issue. Please perform a factory reset on your phone to fix this.

Will a factory reset re-lock the phone to Vodafone?

It shouldn’t re-lock your phone.

 

If it does, then follow our unlocking process.
