Hi

Vodafone use 800MHz on band 20 for 4G.

Can you check if your phone supports that particular Band.

Sorry to ask an obvious question, but I presume you've checked that 4G is available on Vodafone in your area and that there are no problems?   Coverage map here.

Oh, and that 4G is selected in the connection settings on the phone?

Hi i am in a strong coverage area in Stevenage, i have 4G with the sim on my gallagy S4.

when i put roaming on with my Ulefone be touch 2 it loads to 4G for 2 seconds then stays on 3G.

When the phone is not on dater it shows signal as G  the three sim shows 4G.

May I ask ->

Has the phone been imported into the Uk ?

Who supplied it to you ?

yes it has been imported i got it from GearBest

No it won't let me connect to roaming can't get any internet now.

My 3 sim works great.

It has connected now to roaming it connected to 4g then went straight to 3G

I am going out a bit later so i will see if i get a 4G signal while i am out and about.

Ok.

I ask because even though the frequencies and bands maybe showing as supported I have seen that imported phones can have issues on Uk Networks. .
