How do I make messages stay on my phone? Message + Vodafone Smart 4.

Had Vodafone smart iii before but now have Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo and messages are different. It says it's now message+.

The thing is, I had some messages the other day and now I can't see them. I can't see anything on settings to save old messages. How can I stop them from disappearing?

ditch the forced upon you message+ and look for messaging, failing that look for Google Hangouts in the play store to take place of message+/RCS tool. It's Nothing but trouble.

Hi @SzLwson,

Are these messages from certain contacts or all of them?

They shouldn't be deleting themselves automatically. If you could provide further details, like how long the messages stay on the phone, we can troubleshoot.

Thanks,

Ben
