Hi,

I've downloaded PC suite but when I plug in my phone if fails to install properly and PC Suite cannot see it.

I am using Windows 7.

I need to sync my contacts with the PC, can any body help?

Hi Thebearhack,

When looking at this type of issue there is a few things that we need to look into.

When you install the software does it give an error message or at what point does it fail to install if any?

What version of the software have you downloaded and where was the software from?

Have you tried a different USB Port?

Have you tried a different PC?

If you can let us know we will be able to advise you further.

The software I had was installed on PC and I cannot find the same software to download from vodafone, nor from HUAWEI , whose web sites are less than useful.
