And the answer is because it is currently not in stock not that they won't stock it.  As you will see from the Social Blog, the phone is coming to Vodafone but the dates are to be confirmed.

It wasn't a flippant remark - it is a statement of fact, they don't have them in stock.

That's one truth. Another truth is that they are coming soon as the link you posted states. So if you're going to go to the trouble of informing someone how about you inform them in a fuller manner as possible e.g the answer you eventually gave especiallly when looking at the grammar of the question its clear that English isnt his first language. Not going to continue this pointless discussion by hijacking this thread
