My smart mini keeps re-setting

my phone often re-sets itself when I switch it off and switch it back on, it did so twice yesterday (see photo).  Is there a problem with it and what can I do to make this stop ?

Hi. If you are within 14 days of getting it you can return it via the method you ordered it. If outside that time it will need to be sent for repair.

It is of course being repaired now, hardly the first time and clearly won't be the last, vodafone just hung up on me as I tried to call and ask what is happening with it
