Nexus 6 - Lollipop Update - anyone got it yet?

As the title says - has anyone received the Update to the stock Andriod 5 our Nexus 6 came with?

I worry I haven't got a sniff of the update, and it arrives later in the day!

I've had it twice, one a couple of days ago and it didn't work, then again last night!
