Sharp GX30 Text Error

My mother is using (and loves) my old Sharp GX30, but when she tries to send a text she gets the msg 'Error Sending Text'. This problem only started last week and her memory status is fine. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Can your mother receive texts without any problem?

If so, check the message centre number.

To do this:

• From standby, press the Menu button
• Highlight ‘Settings’
• Scroll to and highlight ‘Message Centre’
• Press the centre key
• Enter +447785016005
