Sure signal

I no longer have a Vodafone account but want to deregister my sure signal so I can give it to my Mum. How do I do this?

I believe that, do to this yourself, you need to have an active account.  If you don't the Tech Team here will need to do it for you, so hang on for them to pick up your post.   They aim to respond within 48 hours.
