I have not been able to recieve calls or messages since a sim swap was carried out. A friend has been trying to get through to me, and she says she keeps getting a message saying "number unavailable". The only messages I seem to be recieving are ones that come directly from vodafone. I am able to make calls, but I'm not sure whether I can send texts as I haven't needed to.
Please look into this as I have had my new phone for just over two weeks, and due to a variety of issues it has only worked properly for 2 days.
