Why is the wi-fi reception so poor , it was on my original phone which was replaced after a fault this week, the reception on the new phone is worse.
Where I get two bars on the alcatel and galaxy it is a mere dot on the new smart 4 , is there any way to improve this.
Keep in mind this is the second smart 4 i have had this month.
Even standing 6 foot away from the router i do not display a full signal.
The phone in general i really like.
