Hey,

 

i brought the Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo a couple of days ago, currently having a problem with the phone randomly restarting it self for no reason while idle. Not sure if it will happen while in use not had time to play around for any lenth of time to see.

 

Couldent find any other posts with the same issue, wondering if i shoudl take it back and complain or if theres something that could be causing it that i could fix my end?

Hi, the first thing to try is a factory reset. That may help but it sounds as if you have a faulty handset.

You have two weeks from receiving your handset to change your mind. If you want to stick with the model you have you may have to go through the repair process.
