Vodafone smart tablet, not so smart

My tablet has been repaired repeatedly and i have had trouble getting vodafone customer service to admit that fact.   I have attached the paperwork i do have.   If you ever get your device repaired get all the paperwork you can and do not expect the store to tell you that it has been returned,  they seem to have trouble doing that.   Again i just want to make it clear this is a vodafone branded tablet. They only acknowledge the last repair to the fenchurch st store
