error message on my mobile when connecting to my home wifi and also to any other wifi networks

hi, my mobile an Acer Liquid has for the last few days been giving me an error message when connecting to any WiFi networks including my home broadband.

Message is "Avoiding poor inernet connection".

Wifi works at home and other users in the house do not have the issue. 

Any suggestions anyone?

In the first instance, I'd try a reset - I'm not familiar with the device, but I assume it has that option?  Don't forget to back up your content first.

If this is happening with all networks, it's pretty conclusive that the problem is with the device and not the network.   If a reset doesn't cure it, a repair is probably going to be necessary.
