i have a dual sim "3Q Model S" Smartphone but cant set up the internet settings.

The text option for setting up internet settings does not work on this phone. It says to set up manually.

I have set up as per instructions but still doesnt work.Any ideas???

Some dual-SIM devices are not set up for UK use and don't operate on compatible frequencies.   Have a look at the specifications and make sure that yours is using 900mhz for 3G and not 850, as can be common.  If that all checks out, have a look at the Cubot threads on this board, as I have a feeling thta someone there worked out which of the standard settings needed to be changed to make some devices work.
