smart 4 turbo notification sound gone

Just unlocked. Notification sound has stopped playing on text and email. But if I don't open a text restart. When it wakes up it then sounds.
Yes I've factory reset... Work all day and then packed up. Yes ive checked volume... All other sounds play except for the above.... It plays ring tone alright... Oh yes when setting notification sounds there's no preview sound only for the ringer

I've tried yulong nothing yet in response. Have you heared of any issues?????

Thanks for your post and welcome to the eForum. 

As you already preformed a factory reset, the next step would be to send your phone off for repair.
