VAT Receipt Required



I've been trying to obtain a VAT receipt for a top-up which was purchased online on 24th January, but so far all attempts at obtaining this have failed despite being promised by numerous people at Vodafone that it was in the post.


Can you confirm the correct procedure to obtain this?
