Need a pac code but Vodafone don't recognise number

Hi, I need a pac code to move away from Vodafone but I can't even call then as their automated phone system does not recognise the number they issued me with and there is no way to proceed with the phone call until it recognises your number !

Their chat system does not recognise it either.

Is their another number or can I call my local store directly ?

Any ideas ??

Hi

Use their Landline number. 

Ignore the prompts to key in your  mobile number and on the 4th prompt it'll change to say key 1 for Payg and 2 for contracts.

Failing that keep trying to access Live Chat from a computer and clerk your browsers caches and cookies or try another browser.

I'm now in trouble with my daughter !

I moved her to vodafone but there is no signal where we live and they just told me I need to wait 7 days before I can get a pac code to move to a different provider is that right ?
