i toped up this moring at 14/4/12 at 10.50 with £15.00 and im on a tex and web pack and it says you get 200 mins 600 texs and 100mb web on the website , but i only got 500 texes and it took £1.00 credit and was just wondering were my other 100 texes are and were my £1.00 credit went ! has i have not recived 600 texes wot i paid for and i still have my top up recite with me now !
were does it say you get 500 texs and 500mb for £15.00 !
plz help .

If you are on a Text and Web Freebee you do not get any free minutes, just the text and data..
Sounds as if you have confused this with the Freedom Freebee which gives you minutes, texts and data.. You can only be opted in to one Freebee at a time, so your best option would be to give Customer Care a call and see if they will change this for you as a gesture of goodwill..

£15 freedom freebee is wot im on and been on for the last 5 months thats wot im saying its all to ###### and im oppted in like i have been for the last 5 months and im sick of getting conned with the missing 100 texes and answewr this were dos the £ 1.00 credit go !
and why should i call them when they can short it out on here thats why i have posted on here , and i have been e mailed to my pvt e mail addy this morning by vodaphone after telling them about it but not got a answer as yet .

yes my mistake im on Freedom Freebee and i used the £15.00 one this month but got only 500 texes and 500mb data and £1.00 credit went missing soon has the top up been aplied to my phone !
so wot im saying it dont add up does it !

If it was a Freedom Freebee then you would get 200 minutes, 600 texts and 100mb of data for £15, so if you are saying that you only received 500 texts and 500 mb of data then it sounds as if you are actually opted in to the Text and Web Freebee..
It can also take up to 24 hours for your allowance to be applied, so if you accessed the internet after topping up, that may be where your £1 of credit has gone..
If you dont want to call Customer Care then i am sure one of the Tech Team will respond to your post in the next couple of days..
