This would be complicated by the length of contract remaining, as we do not generally offer early upgrades any more, and 11 months would be particularly early.
You can look to get the handset from Brighthouse repaired - you'd need to contact them or the manufacturer as we did not supply the handset, or we could look at alternate options such as buying out remaining months of the contract so you could upgrade early.
