I have just transfered from Orange to Vodafone, and cannot belive how terrible the Customer Service is. All the advice I have had (with one exception) has been inaccurate, and misleading. Having upgraded 2 phones, I am now sitting here with two iphones, neither of which the sim is activated on the netowork.
I've spent now 40 minutes on hold to Customer Services, after one of the VF representatives managed to deactivate BOTH of my phones. In the same call! Both were working fine 2 hours ago, and a simple query about sim cards seems to have gone very wrong. No only has the representative rang me back (which he promised to do nearly an hour ago) the advice he gave meis incorrect.
I do not give a damn about 'we are really busy at the moment' messages, or if a new phone has been release. The most I had to haveto wait on with Orange EVER was a few minutes.... Now waiting 50 minutes is wrnong - and I'm paying for it as neither phone is working!!!!!!!!

I'm really sorry about the experience you've had so far, we'll sort this for you. Can you just help me to understand exactly what the issue is?
You mention the SIM cards are inactive, but later on that they were active and we've deactivated them. If you can explain in detail here (ie. are you porting numbers from Orange or just waiting for new numbers to be set up) then we'll be able to help.
