Cannot register for My Account

I put my PAYG phone number into "Step 1" of "Register for My Account", and hit the "Go to Step 2" button. I then get a page with nothing other than a "Pay As You Go Registration" banner, and the standard Vodafone header and footer links.I've tried this on two different computers, one with IE9 and one with Firefox and both fail to reach Step 2.
How do I proceed?
