Hi all, new user here, still fairly new to vodafone too.  Had the freedom freebie last month (which was my first month with voda) and changed yesterday to text and web, topped up this morning and its all showing on my account.  I'm just wondering though how you check how many texts and web allowance you have left, on the other freebie i had it clearly stated how many mins, texts and web was left and when it ran out but as yet nothing is showing on my account.  Is it because I have only just topped up or is this info not available?  Thanks all for your help.

Have you tried checking through your balance? or by ringing 2345?  Both ways worked with me with that pack!

Thanks - I finally got my text balance but not web allowance, vodafone said its only available for pay monthly customers, I changed from the £10 freedom freebie as I thought that 50mb of internet data wasn't enough but i think it probably will be now
