Content Control.

I just tried removing content control this morning through my online account using my credit card.  It has accepted my credit card details and credited my account £2.50, but when I went to remove it (turn it off) I recieved this message:

"We're sorry, but you are not permitted to change this setting. Please contact Customer Services"

Could anyone help me?

Hi Glenn1986

I am sorry to see that the Content Control has not been removed.

So that we can help with this I have just sent you an email. If you can reply back to that with the relevant information I am sure we can help further with this.

Thanks

Re: Content Control.

Just do it the easy way, nip into your local vodafone shop with some ID and they can do it there and then :smileyhappy:
