Free weekends?!

Posted from Facebook
Hi..I recieved a text to say I had free weekends this weekend..so as the clock struck 12 I started texting! It was free to start with but now i've realised i've been charged over £2 for my texts..I've been using SMS Cruncher on my BlackBerry..does this make a difference? I would assume not. Please could you reply ASAP as I've had many difficulties with vodafone recently ! Thank you

Re: Free weekends?!

Hi AleshaRahman,

To be honest with you the application shouldn’t cause any issues however without checking your account it is difficult to see exactly what is happening.

So we can do this for you I have sent you a PM with details on how to get in touch with our team directly.

Once you have done this we will be able to assist you further.

You can find your PM inbox here.

Hi James I've managed to resolve the problem ! Thank you for replying ! I now have another issue !! I have started to use mybrohers old blackberry and the WhatsApp is associated with his mible number. However, he is now using a HTC and has Whats App on there. I've deleted the application on my phone and downloaded again but it doesn't work. How do I change it too my number? Thank you

Re: Free weekends?!

Hi AleshaRahman,

Many thanks for getting back to me.

I have taken a look at this for you today and I can’t see anyway to log out of the existing WhatsApp account however as this is a 3rd party app I would recommend contacting the developer by email at support@whatsapp.com and they should be able to advise you further.
