Get Text and Web Freebee Query

My daughter is on Vodafone PAYG and has opted into Get Text and Web Freebee.

As she only topped up with £10 when her other pack expired, she has already used her 300 free texts, with 12 days still to go.

She has already put one £10 top up on, and needs to put another one on, is my understanding of the terms and conditions that these top ups count towards next months text allowance, for e.g. If her total top ups before the existing pack expires total £30 will she get the 3000 texts, or will she have to put another £30 on it to get them?

Re: Get Text and Web Freebee Query

Hi, any TopUps made during the 30 days do count towards your daughters next free allowance, so she will need to make sure that she tops up a total of £30 if she wishes to receive the 3000 texts and 500mb Freebee..She wont have to top up another £30 to get them

Re: Get Text and Web Freebee Query

Another question, she accesses facebook via her blackberry, does this come out of the 500mb data or not?

Hi, as far as i am aware if she connects through BIS then it would be free, if not it would come out of her data allowance with the Freebee
