As it says above. How long does it take to apply?
I received a text this morning to say that my previous 30 day web pack had expired. I purchased a new one online over 1 hour ago but its still not showing on my online account and I've not had any confirmation of the pack being purchased.
Any help would be much appreciated.

seems like all the freebie packs just dont work
they take your money promis to sort it after waisting money phoning them and still nothing.

Nearly 9 hours later and no email, text or any kind of sign that the £5 web pack has been applied to my account. I'm now going to have to use my call credit to pay for data until that web pack has been applied.
Really really poor service from Vodafone.

Thats me coming up for 24 hours since I purchased the 250MB web pack and its still not active.
I absolutely need data on my mobile for my work emails.
This is hugely frustrating.

27 hours since top up and nothing yet.
It has just cost me £1 from my calling credit for the tiniest piece of data.
Can I assume that Vodafone will add that £1 back on to my call credit seeing as its their fault that the web pack hasn't been applied after all this time?
Really sick of this and the lack of help from Vodafone is infuriating.

48 hours and nothing yet.
Was told to fill out a web form by the Twitter team. That will soon be coming up for 24 hours since that was sent and I've had no response yet.
I wouldn't be surprised right now if I was told my credit card payment vanished into thin air.
