International minutes not carried forward

Hello, I opt in freebees international, and I've topped up an extra £50 during May and June before the end of the 30 days, but on the 8th June I've only been credited 60 minutes for the last £10 top up, while the other 2 topups of £20 each were not carried forward as international free minutes. I've sent an email to the Vodafone help but all they could check for me it's that I'm opt in the international minutes which I already know it's been months now (RE: international minutes [#9264697]). Is it possible to know what happened or solve the problem? Thank you

As far as I'm aware, minutes do not carry forward. This is the same for both Pay Monthly and PAYG customers.

The Tech Team need to take another look at the reply you have just received from the forum, Lees reply is not correct.

 

If you have topped up £30, you should have received 240 free international minutes, not 60 minutes.

 

The Tech Team will probably soon be sending you a PM in order to take a look at the problem and why you have not received the correct number of minutes for your top up.

It's same for me the minutes i have are still in my account! but the credit is spended first!

Please help I've already top up for 10 pounds for example!

Hi mdimitrovsm,

Normally the only time your credit will be used is if you are calling a country that is not included in the free minute allowance..

What country is it you are calling?
