I have two big issues,
I have called for both of them, and pop in the vodafone stores but nothing has been arranged finally ...
First I can't register online it is written:
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us.
- Some Business Exception has occured while processing registration/subscription
What can I do expect phoning ?
And the second problem is that they put me £266 extra charge!!!!
I have been over the limit of my contract
In the vodafone store they called for me and they told that I would have signed up for international deposit and we asked to cancel that. But nothing moved. I don't want to be overdraft because of that!!!!
I am very worried because at the same time I can't see my bill online to see exactly what's happening I just do the "check balance with 44555"
someone could help me please?

Sorry I'm writing without my glasses, I wanted to say :
I have NOT been over the limit of my contract !
And by the way I won't look for a renewal after this contract if all that is lasting for ever .....
