Dear all  iam trying to register my sons blackberry 8520 on the vodaphone site so i can top up his phone for him. the phone has been on the vodaphone network for six months and has had the free bbm service until june. When i try and register his number it states the mobile phone number is not a valid pay as you go number. Has anyone got any odeas how i can resolve this. thank you

Hi,
There are lots of issues at the moment. Save your time don't contact Vodafone as you won't get anywhere apart from getting greyer.

To be honest this will only normally happen if the number is keyed incorrectly or if the number is on an MVNO such as ASDA Mobile.

If this is a Vodafone number, please follow the instructions on the PM that I have sent to you so that we can check this and try the registration with you directly over the phone.
