Hi
I have three contracts with Vodafone who I have been with for 16 years, and had a PAYG sim as an emergency back up, that Vodafone gave me. I had £30 per month transferred from my account to my PAYG SIM each month to build up a credit. I realised it had gone too high and had around £390 on the PAYG sim so I stopped the transfer. I was happy to have the credit there though for a time when I could not afford a contract anymore.
That time is sort of here - so I went to use the PAYG the other day to check what the credit amount was, and the sim was not working. When I contacted vodafone they told me I had not used the sim and so the number had been deleted. This I was not happy with, but could live with that, however....... they have also DELETED ALL MY CREDIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All £380 gone and they say they have no way of giving it back to me. They tell me it is in the T&C's that I did not sign up to!!
I really can not afford to lose this money and find it totally immoral. Vodafone have been so unhelpful that I am totally shocked by there total lack of customer care. Please - any help or advice would be gratefully received. I was thinking of taking legal action, and contacting consumer watchdogs, trading standards etc.

I'm afraid it is in the PAYT Airtime Conditions that a number can be disconnected if not used for a 270 day period and suspended after 180. . ![]()
IT'S IN SECTION 6, PART 3.
Like with any T & C's its the sole responsibility of the customer to read through these, so I'm not sure if this credit could be returned.
