Missing topups

Hello, during the early hours of the 6th june i attempted to topup online for a £10 x3 data plan 30 day offer for my ipad2,i think i tried 3 times and kept getting topup failed (or something similar) so i gave up, couldnt even check my account,fault as usual with vodafone.
On the afternoon of the 6th june, i recieved a phone call from my bank asking me to confirm that i had been attempting to use the services of vodafone (i usually get this when i get failed topups online) i explained the problems and my bank was happy,so i attempted another £10 data plan topup and it was accepted,great i thought.
Today the 7th June i checked my bank statement and discovered that four withdrawals of £10 had been made from vodafone newbury, i contacted vodafone customer services who advised me i had £15 credit and i had only topped up 3 times £5 credit,totally incorrect,i want the other 3 £10 topups returned,how to go about it,it clearly shows on my bank statement for 4 £10 topups.

Contacted customer services about 6 times via email,each time they made me out to be a liar, saying they hadnt recieved any £10 topups, and how do they know the entries on my bank statement are for my phone.
I mentioned that i made a successful £10 topup and recieved a reciept from vodafone, still they insisted they hadnt received it, and i was to take the whole thing up with my bank, it would appear then that even a receipt from vodafone isnt good enough,utter nonesense, vodafone has just lost another customer, i hope my bank can sort the payments out, GOOD BYE VODAFONE
