I rang Vodafone earlier today as i've received a couple of text messages regarding my recent order. In these texts it has said that they will continue to keep me informed by email - however I am yet to receive an email (have checked spam folders too). I rang Vodafone today hoping to check the email address (I gave my info instore so thought the man might have made a typo when filling in my details) but as I don't have an account number I was told that there was nothing that could be done.
Has this happened to anyone else? I've done a quick search of the forums but didn't see... Can anyone help? I'm getting my phone delivered to store so would like to get an email letting me know when it will arrive.

We had similar issue - credit check was done and they needed further information. This was only found out after 3 days though AND after I had to call them to see what was happening. No one from VF called and made contact.
It was just the start though - the order was then processed but cancelled (for no apparent reason) and so had to do it over the phone. Waiting for my first bill to see if the phone order was done as stated or whether they lied. Luckily I have the contact details and will be writing if they have broken their end of the deal.
