Tried to log into my account several times today but I just get a page with:-
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact our help desk.
- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
Nothing on the Help Desk link seemed appropriate ... any help much appreciated

Hi there jon_strange,
Many thanks for the update on your thread about not being able to get in to MyAccount.
I can confirm we've been seeing a few issues this last day or so but these are thought to be resolved.
In actual fact, I've been able to log in today. Could you re-try for me and let me know how you get on? If there are any error messages then could you attach a screenshot of the error so we can investigate in more detail?

I've been having this same problem. It has now been going on for a week. I called yesterday and was told it would be fixed by last night. I still cannot log in though. Can somebody please look into this?

I've still got this problem, however, over the weekend I've spotted a good contract deal with another provider.
So when my credit runs out, I'll be moving over.
Therefore, don't worry about this anymore.

I have exactly the same problem. Have been trying to login since yesterday. Please advise how this can be sorted out. This is what happens when I try to log in -

I am sorry to see that you are having issues with the online account.
So that we can look into this for you I have just sent you an email. If you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can then look into this for you.

I am having the same issue trying to login to my online account.
i get the message 'we are having technical problem with your account please try again in a few minutes' I have treid many times over the past few weeks with the same result.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm joining the crowd of disgruntled customers who can't log in. I'm not alone; I have colleagues with me in this office who have the same problem and it's not the only time it's happened to me. Not really good enough is it? I want to look at my account and can't. I've changed my password more times than you can count, and I am really fed up. Come on Vodafone, sort it out please? Horrible site to navigate.

Yet another incredibly fed up person; I have tried to log in for months now to no avail, and customer services just keep resending a new password which also doesn’t work. I desperately need to see my bill as I don’t understand the amount this month and the person in the call centre didn’t make much sense so I want to see the bill online for myself, but I have been locked out of my online account for months. This is not acceptable; please can someone help?

You don’t need to worry as you can see from examples on the eForum that this seems to be the best place to come to get you online account issues resolved.
So we can look into this for you I have sent you both an email, please reply with your details and we will be able to take a look at this for you and I’m sure that we can get you up and running with your online accounts.
