I’m sorry to see you haven’t yet received your free SIMs.
When you raised the order you should have been given an order number, and also received a confirmation email to your given email address. If you received no email confirmation it likely your order was not completed, and I’d advise you to retry. If you did get confirmation there’s a link within the email body, that will take you to an information screen, where among other things, you can check on your order.
