Can someone tell me how to obtain the PAC code to take my number away from Vodafone I am so fed up of issues and the inefficiencies when billing etc, customer service is becoming a joke with email replies from India when they don't even read the question in the first place.

Advice who to contact to get the number appreciated.

You can get your PAC code by calling the 191 PAYG Customer Care team and asking them for the code.

You only get billed when you are on a contract, billing is not available on a PAYG service.

I know that Ann, but I am a pay monthly customer and every month they get my billing wrong and never seem to be able to sort it out. Even now on this payg I am in credit for £4.33 yet cannot make any calls just get a message I need to top up, er why?
