i have 2 phones on contract for me and the wife and one on PAYG for the daughter, she has entered the wrong pin and now needs the PUK code, it has happened before and ast time i just called from one of my contract phones and got the number via the automated service, i tried last night at around half nine at night and just as i got to the correct section the phone rang through for one ring then ended itself, this happened 3 times, i assumed it may be because it's out of hours so i have just tried again, 9:50 am and the same has happened, is there another way of getting the code?

Thanks for the query.
PUK codes for all numbers on your account are stored online on your My Account registration under 'My Settings' and then you just need to select which number you need the code for from the drop-down box
