Hi all,

New on here so hopefully have posted in the right forum :-)

I have recently got a Vodafone PAYT mobile, was previously orange, with Orange on there website there a handy tool to see what calls you had made over the last month with call costs etc etc etc is there something the same on Vodafone, I hope there is as that was a really funky and useful tool.

If they dont do it then I think I will go back to Orange.

Thanks for choosing Vodafone.

There is no itemised billing as such with Pay as you Talk, though we have a very handy tool called My Account.

Is this what you were looking for?

you cant get a bill but you can get one if you write to vodafone UK direct and the address is
Vodafone House
The connectings
Newberry
Barkshire

or goto your local store and they will assist further

Thanks guys for the replies, on the orange site if you go into your account, you can click on something like 'call history' and it shows you your 4 weeks worth of calls, texts etc, and just gives you handy list thats all, ideal for keeping track of call costs etc etc

I dont seem to be able to find anything in 'my account' on vodafone, its not a bill that I want just some sort of way of keeping tabs on the calls etc I have made from the my account section of the site, is this possible??

I'm frustrated it is still not available for PAYG. It is not big deal to implement this feature.

Since I've subscribed with Vodafone (it's 3 weeks now) I'm already thinking to switch. Call history is not available, send text messages from My Account is not possible, what's going on? Vodafone UK should take Vodafone Ireland as an example.
