I can't even top-up the £5, I've attempted with two cards now:
VISA debit card: some error about the number not matching the card type. Just for fun I tried the VISA electron option, which my card isn't and it went through to the next step but failed at bank verification.
It seems people have been struggling with VISA debit cards on Vodafone's site for at least six months, you'd think taking people's money would be fixed very quickly! I've never had a problem with this card elsewhere.
Mastercard: some error about the service or website not currently working.
I've done this via the VITA web browser, Safari on Mac and Internet Explorer on Windows 7. Same errors on each.
Trying to create a My Account, I think it failed when I used the printed '44' number but worked when I replaced 44 with '0'. Then eventually I got the "business exception" error others have been having. If I try and register with the same number now I get the error "There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us." So it's getting progressively more broken.
I can't get it sorted over the phone because then the WipEout code won't be sent to me.
So the only option left is this thread! Please help.

The rest of the site is working fine.

I have also had the same issue topped up on the phone for £10 then realised it had to be done online, so did that too for £5 got a aconfimation text to the Vita. But no wipeout code!!
Spoke to someone on Sunday night who confirmed all was activated and I should receive my code, however still waiting!
At this rate I should have just bought the game, and gone with another provider

I woke up and excitedly switched on my PS Vita hoping to see the Wipeout code that was promised yesterday.
Atfer 4 days I am officially depressed.

Thanks for emailing over the code DaveCD.
Unfortunately it doesn't work. I get the message "The code you entered may not be correct or may be invalid. Please check that you entered it correctly".
I've emailed you a couple of screenshots to show that I've checked the code.

can anyone confirm which £5 top up voucher i need to buy. Is it a normal one from any shop that sell them or a pack voucher from the vodafone shop. Also how can i add the vita to my account that i have allready for my payg phone?? Had a look on there but couldn't see how i could add it..

I sent the e-mail yesterday evening, but have yet to receive a phone call or e-mail response.
Should I send another or sit tight and wait? Nearly a week now waiting on the code.

WOOO, thanks to the tech team i now have my code, just need to get to a Wifi point to download it! The guys on the forums will get you sorted out. dont waste your money phoning up, as like me you will go nowhere. keep your faith in these techys in this forum page, they will help. hope everyone else gets there codes soon!

Thank you for your post, if you follow the TopUp, select top up your broadband and in the drop down box select £5 minimum tablet top up and voila.
You should then receive your code within a few hours.
Unfortunately as your PS Vita would have been set up on a seperate account you will need to set up a seperate 'My Account'.
