I welcome, I have such a question, I recorded my number on this side VODAFONE I charged the account up 10 € whether it will be enough to get the code for the game.
I did the whole from the computer not PS VITA , whether it is this way correctly thx for help

I am trying so hard to chuck my £5 top up at you but it just won't work.
I have now called customer services twice (and soiny customer services, just to be completely sure it's not my vita that's the problem.) (been about an hour on the phone)
Since friday i have been trying to top up the sim card by following the video instructions --> put sim card in vita ---> update blah APN stuff --> go to vodaphone top up page from vita link ---> put in card detail ---> click "go to step 2". Since friday i have been getting:
- There's been a problem completing your TopUp with the details you've given us. Please try again.
- Unfortunately we are unable to process your request because of a temporary problem with our online service. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please try again later.
And the page highlights my card number in red as if it is wrong. It isn't wrong. I am using a visa, (visa... vita.. ohh) and tried doing that thing the lovely girl in the video says about putting the visa in as a "visa electron" doesn't work either.
I've spoken to customer services and a lady from the "Tech team". The tech team lady said they have a problem with the servers or something right now so she can't look up if my sim card is activated????
Seems a bit odd that the guy at customer services told me the sim is not activated, but the TECH TEAM lady told me she can't look that up?!?!!? Seems odd that the tech team's computers are down and the customer services computers work...
The first customer services guy i spoke to told me that the wipeout deal till march 2013 was an error on the website, if the wipeout deal was an error that ended 3 months ago, the website would have been updated. It does not take 3 months to update a website :/
I don't even want to know how much that phone call cost me -_-
So the problem i believe lies with the online payment service not accepting my card for some reason? (And trust me, the card works... sheeeesh i've managed to spend enough money elsewhere!!!)
Plz helpppooss D: i neeeed to play wipeout :'( and use my vita out and abbbouuttt!
I must go to work -_- plz clever helpful tech guy, if you are there and can hear me, send me e-mail through my user information?! Or else i shal look here when i get home
