I ordered the latestes blackberry bold 9900 (336/m for 18 months), on www.mobiles.co.uk, on the 11st of August (last saturday), credick check went through okay but had a problem with the delivery. The problem is that the company Yodel was in charge of the delivery of my phone. On the monday 13th of August they told me that my phone had been delivered to my adress via their tracking order system, which surprised me because I stayed in all day for the purpose and did not receive my phone. I have now contacted both Yodel and mobiles.co.uk but unfortunately they have not been really helpful. This frustated me because I had to cancel my holidays in Belgium because of this issue!
Can you help me?
Thank you very much,

Unfortunately, because you bought the phone through mobiles.co.uk, you will need to liaise directly with them and Yodel regarding the missed delivery. It sounds like the order has either been pilfered or delivered to the wrong address. I have had a similar situation and the supplier sent out the goods again. I would ask for proof of delivery if I were you and if the signature doesn't match yours then you didn't receive the goods and need to highlight this to both the supplier and Yodel.

Hi there - you should be able to cancel that contract as long as the phone hasn't been shipped. Just call 191 from any Vodafone handset or 08700 700191 from any UK phone and the customer services team will be able to deal with the cancellation for you.
EDIT: I have just noticed that you have taken the contract out through mobiles.co.uk - so you will need to contact them directly to cancel the contract. Also you would need return the phone in order to be able to cancel contract. I note that you haven't received this yet so you are going to have to liaise directly with your supplier and also the shipping company.
