I tried to top up online using my debit card, but no matter how many times I try it always says: "Sorry, we cannot process your request now. Please try after some time." Could you please help me fix this issue?

Yes, having this problem with 3 different Pay As You Go Vodafone SIMs I got from the local phone shop. Can't register them to top online during the last three days. You either don't get beyond the step where it texts the secret code to you, or, even if you get to the next step and input the received code, it still wont let you register after filling the details form on the step 3.
It says something like "We are unable to fulfill your request due to a temporary problem at our end" bla-bla-bla, try later etc.
Can anyone please rise this up with support? It seems to affect all vodafone online account registrations... I wonder why the hell I got vodafone SIM from the myriad of payg SIMs in the shop!? was that the red box or what???
Please fix the website and online top up!

Doh, things get worse! I just went through Vodafone.co.uk -> Contact Us -> Email Us to submit the inquiry about not being able to register & top up and after filling the form and hitting SUBMIT I get what? you guessed it already:
"Error:The page you are trying to access is not available. Please contact the administrator for more details."
Seems the whole website is malfunctioning. Admins, any chance you guys know when its back to life? Cause "soon" is very vague...

I've been trying to top up my phone online, and keep getting the same message ' Sorry we are not able to process your request yet....Sorry, we can't process your request because of a temporary problem with our online service. We're working as fast as we can to fix this problem. Please try again later.'

I've posted about the same problem, can't even get to speak to customer services because I have zero calling credit - I think the problem is because of the zero calling credit.
Has anyone else got a zero credit level and having problems using a topup credit.

Thanks for the information - mine was a cash voucher at the Post Office and shouldn't have been a problem. What's bugging me most of all is not being able to get through to customer support without paying premium rates - that shouldn't be the case when you have an account with phone company !!
Looks like I have effectively lost my phone for the weekend unless they do answer my email within 24 hours but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm also getting this error message but when trying to rest my password for 'My Account'. It's been like this for the past few weeks.
'Sorry. We're unable to process your request because of a temporary problem with our online service'

What error message are you getting when entering the top-up voucher number? Have you been back to the Post Office where you purchased it from?
I've sent over an email to you, if you can reply back I'll take a quick look at your account and see what's going on .

This problem turned out to be both on the phone and the Internet and I had no mobile phone over the weekend because it was only on Monday that tech support actually got around to keying in my top-up authorisation code. Why it worked for them and not for me appears to be down to Vodafones telephone and Internet top-up systems and nothing to do with the code.
PS - I do not require any further support for this problem as it has been resolove for some weeks now.

Hi I appear to be having the same issues as the people above, can't use my top up voucher, tried over last 4 days. message says service unavailable due to technical problem try again later. Can any one help?
