Problems receiving text messages

Can anybody help.  I am having trouble receiving text messages.  In order to get message that I know are waiting I have to request a balance from Vodafone first.  For 2 weeks I went with not getting any texts at all.  That was resolved last night when I call 191 and "reset" network provider".

 

Never had any problems before but this is really getting annoying!!

Hi,

 

It could be your sim card. If its quite old it could do with updating - your local store should sort that out for you.

 

Maybe try putting your sim in another phone if you can and see if they go through on there. So you can establish whether its the phone or not.
