Pay as you go services

My wife has her pay as you go phone with T-Mobile and the online account management system has  a Recent Usage section so she can see how her credit has been used.

Does the Vodafone online account management system have such a function?

If yes, how is it accessed. I am keen to see how my credit is used, particularly now that I have a smartphone and am using internet data services for the first time.

If not, why does Vodafone not have such function. How as a Vodafone pay as you go customer am I expected to know how much of my internet allowance is left?

Thanks for the reply but all you see in My Account is the remaining credit. What I want to see (as can be done with T-Mobile) is how I have spent my money, i.e. what has my Recent Usage been?

...unless I am missing something?

Having just acquired my first smartphone, it is important that I can understand where my credit is bleeding.

If you would like to be able to view your recent calls, text and web usage charges it is not available on PAYG.

Recent usage would be a useful addition to My Account for PAYG customers and perhaps this is something which can be referred back through 'the voice of the customer'.

I see this function as essential. If Vodafone's competitors can do it and presumeably the information is provided to pay monthly customers then it should be easy to implement.

If you have a freedom pack or one of our Freebees, then your remaining allowances will be shown down the left hand side, so you can keep track of what you are using.  You can find out more about these packages in our PAYG section online.

We are always looking to improve the way we do things though, so keep an eye out for changes in the future.
