Registering a new SIM

I am trying to register a new SIM and to put a credit on it. I have tried to do so by phone and am told that it is not possible to register my credit card, even though I have typed it in twice (so now I am concerned about security). I have also tried online and received a message that it wasn't possible, again after giving my card details. I filled in the online form and was told there was "an error" so the email could not be sent. Finally managed to send the email form but have received no confirmation so am not confident it went anywhere.

I am extremely frustrated and cross about the service on what should be an elementary transaction. I have now tried several different media and a LOT of time, so I am looking forward to a quick response in this forum to try to sort the problem out!

Thanks for your help.

Re: Registering a new SIM

Hi moosie,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. You're right in saying that setting up a credit card for payment, whether that's on a pay as you go set up or pay monthly contract. I believe the only ones we're a little restricted with are American Express accounts due to the nature in which they're set up.

So my team can look into this for you, could you email us specifically? You can reach us directly by following the instructions I've sent via Private Message. If your browser is struggling with the Contact Us form, the address details are in the message too. You can find your PM inbox here. :smileywink:

Cheers, Ben
