Last week I was trying to set up a regular TopUp for a registered friend. This was failing with an error message. After going through this with support (he used LogMeIn to follow what I was doing) he conceeded that it was not working and was at a loss to suggest any action beyond trying again this week.
Now I am finding that when I go through the process of setting up such a TopUp online when I reach the final page instead of "Back" and "Continue" my options are "Back" and "Cancel"! There seems to be no way to achieve what I want.
Are these sort of automated TopUps no longer supported? I thought I was supposed to be able to "set up regular Topups for up to three friends" (quoting your web site).

I am sorry to see that this hasn't been working for you.
This is something that is still supported, but it looks like an issue with your online set up.
So that we can look into this for you, please reply back to the email that I have just sent, and we can then investigate this.

This is not resolved. I have had email contact with support who have confirmed that I should be able to set up a regular topup for a friend's number but apparently they have no idea why it is not working and are unable to fix it. Not good...
