i have brought £10 top up from a cash machine twice now and not had a txt with the rewardz code init, any reason y??

You should receive these codes automatically, try texting LOST to 27822 if that has no success please call 191

I also topped up online with 10£, while having the web and text freebeez active, but no reward code came back. Texted as suggested but it said no code was left to give =/

Check if you are opted in for 'Freebee Rewardz' or not ... for that, you can text OPTIN free to 27822, and you will be opted in within the next 24 hours ... For more info, refer to the FAQ link: https://rewardz.vodafone.co.uk/accessible/faqs
